摘 要 随着2014年世界最大的两个碳排量国家中美两国达成温室气体的减排协议之后，毫无疑问，中国的碳金融市场迎来了新的机遇与挑战。相对于发达国家，我国的碳金融市场起步较晚，发展较为落后，无论是相应的管理制度，还是经融对接，都是相差发达国家很多。本文是以碳金融市场发展新的机遇为背景，以海南省为研究对象。我国的碳金融市场已被认为最具潜力的碳金融市场。在我国可再生资源丰富的海南省自然也是随着国家的大政策迎来了新的发展机遇。作为一个旅游城市，我国海南省的碳金融市场相对更为的落后，相对而言，海南省的碳金融市场潜力也是更为的巨大。本文旨在研究海南省的碳金融市场，通过一系列的数据，现状，而找出海南省碳金融市场存在的问题，并积极的询问老师及查阅相关资料，最后加入自己的思考，给出有助于海南省碳金融发展的对应措施及创新发展的方案，以此帮助海南省的碳金融市场快速发展，以推动我国的碳金融市场的发展。 关键词：碳温室气体；碳金融市场；海南省；创新发展 Abstract With the 2014 worlds two biggest carbon emissions country after the greenhouse gas emission reduction agreement between China and the United States, there is no doubt that Chinas carbon financial market ushered in the new opportunities and challenges. In this paper, based on the development of new opportunities of carbon financial market background, in hainan province as the research object. Carbon financial market in China has been considered the most potential carbon financial markets. In the abundant renewable resources in hainan province is also as the countrys big policy ushered in the new development opportunity. As a tourist city, hainan province carbon financial market in China are relatively backward, relatively, hainan carbon financial markets are more potential.
