粘接蒸发器机构设计 摘要 本论文主要对管板式蒸发器热压粘结机的设计进行了阐述，管板式蒸发器包括了蒸发板以及板上的蒸发管。以前蒸发器制作多用吹胀法，但粘复合板的结合部易产生泄漏，而且管壁很薄，易损伤，因而考虑采用粘结法制造蒸发器。此外，在热压粘接后，为了避免因自然冷却产生变形失真，故增加冷却工序以使粘接部位在受压条件下快速冷却。因此，设计的热压粘结机应该具有加热、加压、定时和快速冷却的功能。该设计的主要内容是压力机、加热器、模具、传动系统、控制系统等几方面。 关键词： 蒸发器 加热 加压 定时 快速冷却 The Design of Boding Evaporator’s structure Abstract:This thesis mainly to introduce the design of a tube plate bonding evaporator machine, the tube boding evaporator includes evaporation tube plate and evaporating pipe. It usually producing evaporator by the way of blowing , but the integration of the viscose composite board is
