2012年北票市 学校卫生保健 人员培训班 有效交流能力：指能恰当运用口头或身体语言（手势、姿势、表情、动作等），准确表达自己的心情和观点，这种表达方式符合我们的文化和当时的情境。 通过训练，能够表达自己观点、愿望、需求以及害怕/担心/忧虑等；在需要的时候能够寻求咨询和帮助。 人际关系能力：能以积极和方式与他人交往，建立保持友谊，与家人相互沟通，使自己经常保持良好的心理状态，并获得社会支持。 通过训练，能与他人建立和保持友谊，促进心理健康和良好的社会适应能力，能与家人保持良好的关系。同时，还能在必要时，采用恰当的、使自己和别人都不受到严重伤害的方式，巧妙地断绝和他人的关系。 调节情绪的能力：能认识自己和他人的情绪，运用适当方法尽量把消极情绪逐渐调整为积极情绪，不对身心健康造成有害影响。通过训练，能够意识到情绪如何影响行为，对情绪能够做出适当的调解。 缓解压力的能力：指能正确认识自己面临的压力，通过改变环境或生活方式来减少压力；学会放松，使压力减轻到不对自身健康造成危害的程度。通过训练，帮助认识生活中压力的来源，以及压力如何影响人们，并采取适当的行动减少压力来源，如通过改变物质环境或生活方式，学会放松，降低压力所产生的紧张等。 决策能力：指通过权衡不同选择并考虑其不同后果 以便做出正确决定。即能够建设性地处理日常生活中关于做决定方面问题的能力。 学生在面对健康方面的问题需要做出抉择时，通过评估不同的选择和不同的决定可能会产生什么样的结果/影响，积极地做出决定，使这种决定的结果有利于健康。 * The starting point in Lifeskills programming is the individual and an analysis of the factors that may contribute to their vulnerability that may lead them to risky behaviour, or those factors that may protect them from risk. Through this, young people will be processing the information into knowledge and develop greater self-awareness and critical thinking skills among others. * * Lifeskills are psychosocial competencies that help people make informed decisions, solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, build healthy relationships, empathize with others, and cope with emotions and stress to manage their lives in a healthy and productive manner.
