农产品食品安全与城镇消费者购买行为关系的研究 PAGE 36 农产品食品安全与城镇消费者购买行为关系的研究 摘要： 民以食为天，食以安为先。食品质量安全问题不仅受到国内外政府部门和广大人民群众的广泛关注，而且也引发相关的专家学者去做深入讨论和研究。按照宏观经济理论，需求决定供给，城镇消费者对豆制品购买倾向和对农产品的食品质量安全的态度都起着至关重要的作用，这些作用体现在农产品加工业，农产品原料的种植者以及企业销售行为等方面。 本文从牡丹江豆类食品出发，在豆类食品安全与城镇消费者行为的关系进行了调查研究，基于对我国城镇消费者的了解，城镇消费者在豆制品食品信息安全方面的缺乏，指出城镇消费者对豆制品行业在日常生活中对食品安全意识不足的原因，为改变我国国内食品信息安全的透明度问题，提出了应对之策。同时， 本文从价格， 购买力，专业知识，健康意识，安全风险认知等方面全面分析了影响消费安全食品的各种因素，并且在国内外各文献中的到了相应的综述。 城镇消费者对食品质量安全信息的掌握程度，是影响其对食品购买倾向和购买行为的重要因素，食品信息认知与购买行为关系推论为我国食品行业的发展、为城镇消费者对农产品行业权益保护和有关消费政策制定提供依据，改善政府与厂商、城镇消费者对农产品行业之间的信息沟通有一定的参考价值。分析和探讨中国城镇消费者对农产品行业对食品信息认知状况和购买行为的特征及这两者之间的互动联系，是研究影响城镇消费者对农产品行业态度、行为等的决定因素。 关键词：食品安全 农产品 城镇消费者 购买行为  Abstract Food?is?the first thing for people and the food safety is more important than eating food. Food quality and safety problems not only arouse general attention of the government departments home and abroad,but also cause the relevant experts and scholars to do further discussion and research.According to the macro economic theory, demand decides supply.Urban consumer plays a vital role in soy buying tendency and food quality and safety of agricultural products.The role is reflected in the processing industry for agricultural products, agricultural products raw materials of growers and company sales behavior and so on. This article embarks from the Mudanjiang soy foods and we carried on the investigation and study in legume food security relationship with the consumer behavior between cities and towns.
