PBR摘nbsp; 要：该会务管理系统主要由两个部分组成：现实会务管理和虚拟会务管理。我实现的是这个系统中的现实会场部分。在这个系统中，现实会场管理部分首先要求管理人员对市一级区域内所有分布在不同地段的会场信息进行统计整理，对各个会场的分布信息及设施信息进行编辑入库，以便登录该系统的用户可以根据这些信息进行查询符合自己会务要求的会场，提交相应的申请。系统的管理员根据用户所提交的申请，安排相应的会场，并按照申请用户的要求对会场进行相应的布置与人员安排。在会议进行的过程中，用户可以通过系统对会议内容进行相应的记录。这些会议的记录将会根据用户的要求设置不同的访问权限，从而方便用户以后对会议的具体内容进行相应的查询。另外，系统中还实现了信息发布以及在线交流的功能。 /P P毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 p class=Bij908/p /P PConference affair management system research and development /P PAbstract: This conference affair management system mainly is composed by two parts : realistic conference affair management and hypothesized conference affair management. realize the part of realistic conference affair management in the system. In this system, the parts of realistic conference affair management first requests the administrator collect all the information about conference site, carries on the edition to each conference site distributed information and the facility information to go into storage, in order to registers this system the user to be possible to carry on the inquiry to conform to oneself conference affair request conference site, submits the application. The system manager acts which the user submits according to the application, arranges the corresponding conference site, and defers to the application user the request to carry on the corresponding arrangement and the personnel to the conference site arranges. Carries on in the conference in the process, the user may carry on the corresponding record through the system to the conference content. These conferences recording will be able to act according to the user the request establishment different visit jurisdiction, thus user later will carry on the corresponding inquiry to the conference concrete content convenience.
