内蒙古财经大学本科毕业论文 我国物业管理企业发展现状、问题及对策 作 者 张 如 院 系 工 商 管 理 专 业 物 业 管 理 年 级 2 0 0 9 级 学 号 90 20 55119 指导教师 导师职称 摘 要 物业管理作为我国市场经济的重要组成部分，与我国经济的发展和人民生活质量的提高密切相关。经过几年的发展，物业管理在我国已经逐渐步入正轨，其在发展过程中也有很多有利条件，如物业管理相关法规逐渐完善，网络技术和物业管理相结合，服务业迅速发展，社会对专业化服务的认识提高等，这些优势可以帮助我国物业管理更快更好发展。但由于我国物业管理行业起步比较晚，所以在现实的实践和发展中仍然存在一部分比较突出的问题，为解决目前物业管理当中存在的问题，，我们主要采取了提高从业人员素质，政府加强监管力度，行业内联合发展，引进竞争机制，加强立法等一系列措施，以促进我国物业管理行业的发展。 关键词：物业管理 措施 发展 Abstract Property management as an important part of Chinas market economy, Chinas economic development and improved quality of life of the people are closely related.
