山区道路客运企业运输安全现状及对策研究 摘要：道路交通运输的发展方便了人们的日常生活也促进了经济的发展，可同时也带来了安全问题，每年我国有上万人死于交通事故。特别是在西部地区，大部分道路是属于山区道路，更是给行车和客运造成了很大的风险，因此，如何提高山区客运的安全性得到了越来越多的重视。 本文查阅了国家关于道路安全的法律法规，道路安全以及客运企业方面的书籍、文献，前人对这方面的研究以及各部门关于山区道路交通事故的数据，分析了我国山区道路的特征和山区客运企业的运行情况。并结合山区事故的特征和相关法规、管理办法，对重庆公路运输集团以及其下面的子公司进行了调查，对其客运安全和安全管理进行了简单的分析。总结出了公运集团目前存在的一些问题，并有针对性的提出了建议和措施，希望有助于提高其管理水平，更好的保障乘客的生命财产安全。 关键词：山区道路客运企业交通安全 resent Situation and Countermeasure Research on Mountain Road Passenger Transport Enterprises Abstract: The development of road transportation has brought great convenient to people's daily life and promoted the economy, but also brought about security problems at the same time. Tens of thousands of people died in traffic accidents in our country every year. Especially in western regions, the majority of roads are mountain roads, and high risks have been brought to traffic and passenger because of it, therefore, how to improve the safety of mountain passenger gets more and more attention. This article refer to the national laws and regulations on road safety, security and road passenger transport enterprises books, literature, as well as the existing researches on this aspect and the mountainous road traffic accident data of various departments , at the same time ,the characteristics of mountainous roads in our country and the operation of passenger transport enterprises in the mountains are analyzed . Combined with the characteristics of mountain accident and related laws and regulations, management measures, the passenger safety and safety management are simply analyzed about Chongqing highway transportation group and the subsidiaries. This paper has summarized some problems existing in public transport group, and put forward proposals and measures targeted, looking forward to helping to improve the management level, and guarantee the safety of passengers' life property .
