买文档送CAD图纸，QQ曲面印刷机光电对版自动控制系统设计 摘要：本课题研究的是光电对版自动控制系统，这个系统的设计是处理现有曲面印刷机尤其是高速曲面印刷机不能实现自动套色对版的问题,使曲面印刷机提高对版精度、印刷速度和质量，缩短对版时间，减少材料浪费，由此来提高生产效率。 光电对版自动控制系统由PC机、PLC控制器、三菱PLC系列定位模块、步进驱动器、步进电机、旋转光电编码器、CCD摄像机、版辊、大胶辊和斜齿轮等组成。在相应软件的支持下进行与标准模板比较分析、运算以及逻辑判断后，向PLC控制器发出偏差指令。由PLC控制器进行PID的控制计算，并且对执行机构-步进电机输出控制量，调整版辊相对位置，来实现动态自动对版。 关键词：曲面印刷机；PLC控制器；PID控制算法；步进电机；自动对版 The Design of Photoelectric Version’s Automatic Control System for Surface Printing Machine Abstract:This paper set up an automatic control system of photoelectric overprint, which is designed to solve the problems that the existing surface printing can not achieve automatic colorprocessing and overprinting,especially in high-speed surface printing,and make the surface printing to improve overprinting accuracy, printing speed and quality, and reduce the overprinting time and the waste of materials, thereby improving production efficiency. The automatic control system of photoelectric overprinting consists of a PC, PLC controller, Mitsubishi PLC series positioning modules, stepper drives, stepper motors, rotary optical encoders, CCD camera, Roller, a large rubber roller and helical gears and other components.Under the corresponding software supporting,it compara ,analysis operaty and logic judgment with standard templates,then sends the deviation commands to the PLC controller.For the dynamic automatic overprinting,the PLC controller carry out the PID control calculateing, and output control volume to the implementing agencies - Stepper motor to adjust the relative position of roller.
