This is done to: ensure new hazards have not been created; seek feedback from employees performing the job; ensure employees are following the procedures and practices required by the JSA; assess need for a repeat JSA; and implement continuous improvement. * Periodic review (e.g., annually) is useful to ensure components of the JSA remain current and functional and that employees are following the procedures and practices as recommended by the JSA.
