Xingcheng is a county-level city governed by Liaoning province (hosted by Huludao city)（Fig1.1） .It is the national famous tourist resort, integrated with mountains, springs, city and sea. The city represents the ancient city of Ming dynasty, the sea represents Xingcheng coast of Bohai bay. Xingcheng lies in the east of Huludao city of the west bank of Liaodong bay. It is located in east longitude of 120 ° 06 -120 ° 50, north latitude of 40 ° 16 - 40 ° 50. The city covers an area of 2147 square kilometers and has a population of 0.61million. The terrain in this area is high in northwest and low in southeast. Huangdingshan is the highest mountain at an altitude of 701.8 m. The practice teaching zone is located in the warm temperate zone moist climatic region in the northern hemisphere .It has four distinct seasons, warm climate and sufficient sunlight. The annual average temperature is 8.7 ℃ while January and July separately has an average temperature of -8.8 ℃and 24 ℃. The average annual rainfall is 620 mm. Fig1.
