The research of the land use change contains multiple problems and the driving force of the land use change and its driving mechanism. On the basis of analysis of the population and economy and society and the development of resources and environment in Kuitun City, the paper analyzed the rational allocation of land resource and optimizing land use structure and the transformation of the mode of land use and improving land use efficiency and guarantee sustainable utilization of land resources to promote the economic and social and environmental coordinated development in Kuitun City. On the basis of the land use data in 2009-2013, the paper analyzed the land use structure c
