不同气体成分对丰水梨采后贮藏效果的影响
摘要:丰水梨采后拟采用不同的气体组成进行处理,探讨影响贮藏效果的各生理指标的变化规律。试验设T1(2%O2+1%CO2),T2(5%O2+1%CO2),T3(5%O2+3%CO2),T4(5%O2+5%CO2),T5(10%O2+1%CO2),T6(10%O2+3%CO2) 6个处理,以20.9%O2+0.03%CO2为对照,贮藏温度0±0.5℃,相对湿度为95%。结果表明:丰水梨的可滴定酸含量及果实硬度在贮藏过程中呈逐渐下降的趋势,试验所设6个处理组与对照(CK)的差异均显著(P<0.05),T1(2%O2+1%CO2)和T4(5%O2+5%CO2)两个处理中果实硬度和可滴定酸含量均比对照低,T2(5%O2+1%CO2)、T3(5%O2+3%CO2)、T5(10%O2+1%CO2),T6(10%O2+3%CO2)处理组的降幅小于对照CK;VC含量与可溶性固形物的变化趋势均为先升后降, T2(5%O2+1%CO2)处理较其它处理组能推迟峰值的出现;丰水梨果实失质量率变化不明显,这表明丰水梨可用气调方式进行贮藏。本试验中以5%O2+1%CO2处理的效果最佳。

Effects of Controlled Atmospheres on Postharvest Storage of Hosui Pear Fruit

Abstract: In this paper, Hosui Pear was choosen as the research object and effects of different gas compositions on Postharvest Storage of Hosui Pear Fruit were investigated.Controlled atmosphere treatments were set as T1 (2% O2 + 2% CO2), T2 (5% O2 + 5% CO2), T3 (5% O2 + 5% CO2), T4 (5% O2 + 5% CO2), T5 (10% O2 + 10% CO2), T6 (10% O2 + 10% CO2),with 20.9%O2+0.03%CO2 as CK,all pear fruits were stored at 0℃±0.5℃,relative humidity was 95%.Results showed during the storage, the fruit hardness and titratable acid content were gradually decline,six treatments were different from CK significantly(P<0.05), the fruit hardness and titratable acid content of T1 (2% O2 + 1% CO2) and T4 (5% O2 + 5% CO2) were all lower than the CK, the rest treatments fell less than CK; Soluble solid and VC content first increased and then decreased,T2(5% O2 + 1% CO2) of six treatments could better put off the appearance of peak;there was no significant difference on the weightnessless rate of hosui pear fruit,means Controlled Atmospheres could be used in storage of hosui pear fruit. In this paper , 5% O2 + 1% CO2 treatment was optimum for the storage of Hosui pear.
