 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV 互联网金融下券商的机遇与挑战 ——以佣金宝的推出与运营为例 摘 要 2014年2月20日，网络巨头腾讯与国金证券联合推出了首个互联网金融服务产品佣金宝，自上线以来，其以超低的“万2佣金”对整个证券行业带来了巨大的影响，尤其是对以证券经纪业务作为主要盈利点的券商。于是什么是互联网金融、互联网金融具有哪些特点、券商应该如何应对，就成为一个值得探讨的命题。在这样的背景之下，本文详细介绍了互联网金融的特征、现有的三种具有代表性的基本模式，包括余额宝、佣金宝、P2P，并且描述了它们的发展状况，其后以国金证券的佣金宝为例，分析了互联网金融给券商带来的机遇和挑战。最后针对以上所存在的问题，本文分别站在监管部门和券商的角度，提出了一系列在互联网金融环境下监管部门和券商应该采取的对策。 关键词：互联网金融；证券经纪业务；佣金宝 Brokerage’s Opportunities and Challenges under Internet Financial ——Taking the Launch of the Commission and Operation for example Author: Peng Xiaoying Tutor: Lei Youxin Abstract：On February 20, 2014, Internet giant of Tencent and GuoJin securities launched the Yong Jinbao, which is a tough day for brokers. 0.02% commission has been implemented, which has great impact for many brokers that take securities brokerage business as a major profit point. So what is the Internet financial, Internet has the characteristic which, brokers should be how to deal with, is a worth exploring proposition. This paper in detail introduces the characteristics of the Internet financial, existing three typical basic modes, including Yu Ebao, Yong Jinbao and P2P, describing their development situation and takes GuoJin securities as example. Then it analyzes Internet financial opportunities and challenges that Internet financial brings to brokers. Finally, aiming at the problems above, this paper stands in the Angle of the regulatory authorities and securities firms, put forward a series of countermeasures that regulators and brokers should take under the environment of Internet financial.
