摘 要 基于CAE技术以普通手机外壳为实例介绍了Insight软件在注塑模具设计中的应用。首先进行有限元模型的前期处理其中包括导入三维模型、划分网格、设置工艺条件和确定最佳浇口位置。最后Abstract Based on the CAE technology,chosen ordinary mobile phone shell,paper introduced the application of the injection mould design with Moldflow Insight software . First of all, The paper analysed the plastics manufaturability and features in its injection molding process and established application of CAD product geometry model. It used CAE mold flow analysis software moldflow to simulate and analyse which including import 3D model, dividing into grid, setting up technological conditions and dete
