河北科技师范学院 本科毕业论文院（系、部）名 称 ： 专 业 名 称：学 生 姓 名：学 生 学 号：指 导 教 师： 2013年0月日 河北科技师范学院教务处制摘 要 近几年，我国的建筑施工企业的产值规模逐年增长，施工项目管理作为施工企业管理的主体备受重视，而施工项目管理的核心内容则是施工项目的成本管理，项目成本管理的好坏直接影响到建筑施工企业的生存，可见施工项目成本管理在施工企业中所处地位的重要程度。但是就目前我国建筑业的发展来看，我们国家的施工企业在管理的过程中更重视的是施工现场管理，对成本管理的重视不够，导致资源浪费，同时也影响着企业的利润与收益。现如今，有些企业虽然已经开始把关注目光转移到项目的成本管理上，但是由于对项目成本管理的认识不足，已然出现了各种问题。 本文即针对我国施工项目成本管理的现状，结合已有文献资料，对施工项目成本管理中存在的一些问题进行了分析，并就当下问题提出相应的应对与解决措施，希望能对施工企业管理起到应有的作用。 关键词： 施工项目；成本管理；问题；对策 Abstract In recent years, the production value of construction enterprises increased year by year, construction project management has attracted increasing attention as the main body of the construction enterprise management, construction project management is the core of the construction project cost management, project cost management will have a direct affect the survival of construction enterprises, the importance of the status of the visible construction project cost management in construction enterprises. But look on the current development of Chinas construction industry, our countrys construction enterprises pay more attention to the management process is a construction site management, inadequate attention to cost management, resulting in a waste of resources, as well as the impact on corporate profits and income. Now, some companies have begun to concern gaze shifted to the cost management of the project, already appeared in a variety of problems, but due to the lack of knowledge of project cost management. This paper is aimed at the present situation of the construction project cost management in our country, combining with the existing literature, the construction project cost management, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the present problems and put forward corresponding measures to cope with and solve.
