土木工程学院 课 程 设 计 课程名称： 工程设计软件PKPM应用 摘 要  本工程是四川眉山一办公楼。为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共六层，底层层高5.1米，其他层层高均为3.6米。建筑物总高度为23.1米。现浇肋梁楼盖由板、次梁、主梁组成。实际工程中，由于楼盖整体现浇，因此楼盖中的板和梁往往形成多跨连续结构。设计主要内容包括结构概况、建筑平面布置、板的结构设计、梁的结构设计、框架梁的结构设计、基础结构设计、结构施工图纸的绘制。首先，本设计小组根据设计任务书和相关建筑结构设计规范，确定楼面荷载标准值、荷载效应基本组合方式，初步确定板厚、截面尺寸、材料选取、结构选型。其次，查询相关规范后进行荷载计算。然后，按照弹性理论进行板和连续梁设计、按照弹性理论进行框架梁的设计。最后，依据设计成果和规范的的结构构造要求，结合甲方提供的建筑材料，绘制板、梁、框架梁和基础的结构施工图纸，完成本设计工作。 关键词： 钢筋混凝土 框架 材料选取 结构设计 荷载计算 弹性理论 Abstract This is a building in sichuan meishan. It is a multi-layer reinforced concrete frame. It has six stories, the height of thefirst storey is 5.1meters, and the height of other stories are all 3.6 meters. The height of the whole building is 23.1meters.The cast-in-place floor slab floor board, times of beams and girders. Load of the route is: plates, beams, girders, columns or walls.In practical engineering, the overall cast-in-place floor, therefore in the floor plate and beam often form multi-span continuous structure.The main content of the design includes the general situation of the structure ,plane layout of the structure, the floorslab design of the structure, the frame beam structure design of the structure, and the structure construction drawings of the structure.First of all, our design team, according to design specification and related specifications, determine the basic load standard values of the floor, the load effect combination, and preliminarily determine the thickness of the floorslab, the span of the floorslab ,the beam and the frame beam and the measurement of those.Secondly, we design floorslab and beam according to the theory of plasticity, we design frame beam according to the elastic theory .Finally, we paint structure construction drawings of floorslab, beams and frame beams according to the designs and specification of the structure of demand and the building materials provided by the owner. we complete the design work at this moment.
