合肥学院思想政治理论课 课 程 论 文 课程名称 中国基层民主政治建设研究 指导教师 高璐 系 别 合肥学院生物系 班 级 14环境工程 姓名（学号）邓超 140208522919 合肥学院思政部制 中国基层民主政治建设研究 中文摘要 社区自治是我国城市社会基层民主的重要内容, 社区民主是中国民主发展的新生长点。社区自治的形成与发展, 对政府管理以及民主政治的发展有着重要的影响和作用。社区自治发展的道路比较坎坷，目前的发展也面临了许多问题，面对当前不尽如人意的社区居民自治现状，我们应当努力构建居民与社区之间的利益整合平台，培育、引导、保护居民的社区参与热情，建立起较为完善的社区居民自治机制。本文对社区自治的发展困境进行了分析研究，对扩大社区居民自治范围，完善基层党组织领导的充满活力的基层群众自治机制问题进行探讨，并提出相应对策。 关键词：基层民主政治；社区自治；发展；居民参与 Community Autonomy: Our Country Basic Unit Democracy Development Abstract Our country city community autonomy is the important content of social democracy at the grassroots level, community democracy is a new growing point in the development of Chinese democracy. The formation and development of community autonomy, to the government management and the development of democratic politics has the important influence and effect. The development of community autonomy the roads are rough, the current development is also facing many problems, not just as one wishes in the face of the community autonomous status, we should strive to build between the resident and the community of interests integration platform, breed, guide, protect the residents of the community participation, establish a more perfect community inhabitant autonomy mechanism.
