浅谈水泥混凝土路面施工技术 摘　要 水泥混凝土路面具有稳定性好、承载能力大、使用寿命长、后期养护费用少/抗压、抗弯、抗磨损、高稳定性等诸多优势，当车辆在路面行驶，整个路面将会起到抵抗作用，不会发生弯曲或变形，在各级路面上得到广泛应用。我国高等级公路中水泥混凝土路面日渐增多，加上一些地域的路基更适合水泥混凝土路面，对水泥混凝土路面的科学化施工提出了更好地要求。水泥混凝土路面施工中，核心环节是水泥混凝土路面的施工工艺，水泥混凝上路面施工工程所用到的材料种类多，施工工序复杂，且对外界环境敏感度较大。所以，路面材料的选择、级配与组成设计、检测水平、工序控制、工艺水准以及设备条件等，对路面工程的质量都有直接影响、所以，要保证水泥混凝上路面具有良好使用性能，确保车辆行驶安全，必须要有精心的设计与高水平的施工技术，以及良好的质量控制。随着我国公路运输事业的发展，行车时车载质量和速度益提高，特别是水泥工业的进一步发展，今后，混凝土路面在我国必然会得到越来越广泛的采用。现根据二三级公路的施工实践，探讨某水泥路面工程的施工情况，对其水泥混凝土路面施工流程、技术作较为详尽的分析，并对施工中的问题提出应对方法。 关键词： Abstract Cement concerte pavement has good stability,large carrying capacity,long service life,less mainrenance cast/late compressive strength,bending,wear resistance,high staility,and many other advantages,when vehicles are dviven on the road,the road will have resistance effect,bend or not,is widely applied in all levels of the road.An increasing incidence of cement concrete pavement in high grade highway in China,plus some region of the roadbed is more suitable for cement concrete pavement,the scientific construction of cement concrete pavement is put forward to better.Constrution of cement concrete pavement,the core part is the construction process of cement concrete pavement,cement concrete pavement construction on the types of the materials used by the project,construction process is complex,has greater sensitivity to the environment.So,the choice of the pavement materials,gradation and composition design,testing level and process control,technology level and equipment condition and so on,has direct influence on the quality of pavement engineering,therefore,to ensure that the cement coagulation on the pavement with good performance,ensure the safety of the vehicle must have elaborate design and high level of construction technology,and good quality control.With the development of our country road transportation enterprise,profit increase driving vehicle quality and speed,especially the further development of cement industry,in the future,concrete pavement in our
