河北科技师范学院 本科毕业论文（设计）文献综述 河北省清河县羊绒产业出口贸易存在问题及 对策研究 院（系、部）名 称 ： 商务管理系 专 业 名 称： 国际经济与贸易 学 生 姓 名： 赵清茜 学 生 学 号： 9112100208 指 导 教 师： 马莉 2013年12月30日 河北科技师范学院教务处制摘 要 中国是世界羊绒产量最大的国家，约占世界总产量的60%，位于河北省南部的清河县则在中国羊绒产业的出口贸易中占据着举足轻重的地位。清河县的羊绒产业起始于1978年，三十多年来充分利用自身优势和条件，通过生产以羊绒为原料的各种羊绒制品，积极发展羊绒产业，是使羊绒制品成为我国出口创汇的重要商品之一的有力推动者，并在国际市场上占有较大份额。清河县的羊绒行业具备了完善的市场体系，素有“世界羊绒看中国，中国羊绒看清河”之誉。近年来随着国际市场对纺织品的需求和我国对外贸出口的扶持力度不断加大，羊绒制品的出口数量逐年攀升，与此同时清河县在羊绒产业发展中也出现了产业链之间不协调、羊绒制品科技含量相对较低等许多问题，本文对近年来国内外有关羊绒产业的相关文献进行了整理和总结。 关键字： 羊绒产业；科技含量；产业集群；产量；质量 Abstract China is the largest country in the world of the cashmere production, it’s accounting for about 60% of world production. Qinghe County is located in southern of Hebei Province where occupies a pivotal position in cashmere industry export trade of China. The cashmere industry of Qinghe County started in 1978, they using full of their advantages and conditions in thirty years, and through the positive development of the cashmere industry, they product materials for a variety of cashmere products. It’s let Qinghe County to become one of the important the powerful promoter of goods in China export cashmere and account for a large share in the international market. In recent years, with the international market demand and our country’s to support exports of textiles continued to increase, exports of cashmere products has added steadily, while Qinghe County in the development of the cashmere industry appearing uncoordinated between the industrial chain, relatively lowing technology of cashmere products, lacking the internationally recognized quality standards, seriously product homogeneity, poor of the brand effect, trade barriers, trade frictions and trade protection to impede the development of the cashmere industry issues.In this paper, were collated and summarized the recent literature about the c
