南 通 理 工 学 院 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 上海市浦东新区书院镇李雪村高标准 农田灌溉施工组织设计 学 生 姓 名： 张成 所在系、专业： 建筑工程系、道路桥梁专业 班 级： 道路桥梁111 指 导 教 师： 严桂凤 日 期： 2014年6月 摘要 以农业增产为目的的措施，即通过兴建和运用各种水利工程措施，调节、改善农田水分状况和地区水利条件，提高抵御天灾的能力，促进的良性循环，使之有利于农作物的生产。发展灌溉排水，调节地区水情，改善农田水分状况，防治旱、涝、盐、碱灾害，以促进农业稳产高产的综合性科学技术。 Abstract For the purpose of agricultural production and water conservancy measures, thats beneficial to the production of crops through construction of water conservancy projects and use of various measures to regulate and improve water conditions and areas of farmland water conservancy conditions, improve the ability to withstand natural disasters, and promote a virtuous cycle of ecological environment.The goals of developing irrigation and drainage,adjusting regional hydrological regulation,improving agricultural water status, and preventing drought, floods, salt,alkali disasters are to promote high-yield comprehensive agricultural science and technology. In this paper,Taking two high standard farmland irrigation construction project of Li Xue Cun ,Shuyuan town,Pudong New Area ,Shanghai as an example. Combined with the actual situation of the project,the sub part of the project construction details are designed .Applying the basic theoretical knowledge progress control,The whole schedule planning and design system are carried out from beginning to completing acceptance from the perspective of project managers .They use Gantt charts and network diagrams to analyze the schedule and put forward concrete measures basing on the actual situation propose to ensure the progress of implementation of the scheme.;For quality and safety, rigorous technical and organizational measures are lay down;For the common problems and key issues of the construction project ,the corresponding management and organization agency is established to ensure the quality and safety plan to achieve well.
