大学生科研创新项目研究报告 项目名称： 人员密集场所火灾事故的应急疏散 ——博学楼火灾事故人员安全疏散问题探讨 项目类型： 重点项目 项目年度： 2011年 项目负责人： 刘舒怡（学号：2008082129） 负责人院（系）： 安全与环境工程学院 专业（方向）： 安全工程（注册安全工程师） 项目组成员： 张伟、沈雪、罗菁、范金涛 指导教师： 吕淑然 教授 教务处 制 二〇一二年 人员密集场所火灾事故的应急疏散 ——博学楼火灾事故人员安全疏散问题探讨 【摘 要】近年来，人员密集场所的火灾事故时有发生，且造成的人员伤害、经济损失巨大，社会影响恶劣。高校是一个聚集了莘莘学子求学解惑的地方，人员密度大，一旦发生紧急情况，安全疏散是一个大问题。所以，针对首都经济贸易大学博学楼人员在火灾事故下安全疏散的问题，采用了问卷调查、经验公式和仿真模拟三种方法，分别研究了人员疏散时的行为特征、不同模式下疏散所用时间以及楼梯对疏散效果的影响，并在综合分析研究结果的基础上，最终得出结论：演习培训经历、确保疏散通道的畅通、合理安排学生分布和学校的合理引流、分流机制等疏散机制对于人员在火灾积极有效的疏散中有显著的积极影响，同时还分析了运用经验公式和模拟疏散两种方法计算的博学楼火灾事故人员疏散时间，并比较不同方法计算值的参考价值。 【关键词】人员疏散；密集场所；问卷调查；经验公式；仿真模拟 Emergency evacuation in crowded places when fire accident ——Discussion on safe evacuation in Bo Xue building in case of fire 【abstract】In recent years, ave occurred from time to time, which bring about severe personal injury, huge economic losses and adverse social impact. College and university is a collection of our students to seek knowledge and unlock secrets. Since college has a very high population density, safe evacuation becomes a big issue in case of an emergency. When it comes to the safe evacuation in the event of fire accident in Bo Xue building, Capital University of Economics and Business, this paper adopts to three methods, consisting of questionnaire, empirical formula and simulation. Based on varied approaches, we respectively study behavioral characteristics when fire, evacuation time in different modes and influence of stairway on evacuation. And through further comprehensive analysis of the results, we arrive at an important conclusion that training experiences, unobstructed evacuation routes, reasonable drainage and diversion, sound spatial distribution of students have significantly positive impact on emergency evacuation. Moreover, the thesis analyzes and compares evacuation time calculated with the two different methods and they are both of great reference value. 【key words】evacuation; crowded places; questionnaire; empirical
