企业安全管理制度与安全文化关系研究 姓 名： 学 号： 性 别： 专 业: 安全工程 批 次： 学习中心： 指导教师： 摘 要 当前，随着科学技术的飞速发展，生产工艺、技术及环境的复杂性加大，安全管理的对象也日益复杂，人员的低素质、集中化和难控性以及各种社会环境因素等，给我国企业安全管理带来了前所未有的挑战。国内学者对安全管理的研究也逐渐增多和逐渐深入。然而我国对企业安全管理制度、安全管理文化以及二者之间关系的研究还处于初步阶段。如何切实有效的加强企业安全管理制度、安全文化建设，从而提高企业的安全管理水平。只有深入的研究企业安全管理制度、安全文化以及二者之间的关系才能从根本上提高企业的安全管理水平。 本文通过对安全管理制度与安全文化的概念、现状、发展过程进行分析，并通过实证探讨了安全管理制度与安全文化的相互关系。以期使企业能从制度、文化上提高安全管理水平，确保企业能够安全和谐的发展。 关键词：安全管理制度； 安全文化； 企业安全管理 ABSTRACT Now, with the rapid development of science and technology, and increased complexity of production processes, technology and the environment, safety management objects are increasingly complex, low quality of personnel, centralized and difficult to control, as well as social and environmental factors, brought unprecedented challenges to the safety management of enterprises in our country. Scholars study on security management on the rise in China and gradually deeper. However on enterprises safety management systems, safety management culture in China and study on the relationship between the two is still in a preliminary stage. Effective ways to strengthen safety management systems, safety culture in construction enterprises, so as to improve safety management level of enterprises. Only in-depth study of enterprise safety management systems, safety culture and the relationship between the two in order to fundamentally improve the management level of enterprise security. This paper on the concept of safety management systems, safety culture, current analysis, significance for analysis. And through empirical analysis of institutional and cultural relations. On this system, and the enterprise culture to improve safety management level to ensure security and harmonious development.
