利率市场化进程中我国商业银行盈利模 式的转变研究 内容摘要 截止到 2014 年 4 月 1 号，总结十二家上市银行的年度报表发现， 平均利润增幅较去年下降至 14.3%。带来这种结果的“罪魁祸首”是 利率市场化。随着利率市场化的不断推进，银行客户“用脚投票”纷 纷开始寻找新的投资渠道，购买货币基金和理财产品，无形中推高了 银行的存款成本，利息收入增幅下降，是带来利润增幅下降的原因。 国内学者开始意识到，我国商业银行以利差为主导型的盈利模式 越来不能够适应我国不断变化的经营环境，那么基于利差主导的盈利 模式研究和分析，提出我国商业银行转变思路，发展多元化盈利模式 以便应对日益激烈的竞争环境具有很强的理论意义和现实意义。 本文依据一定的商业银行盈利模式的理论依据，并结合我国商业 银行经营现状，采用我国主要 12 家上市银行的面板数据进行动态分 析，分析我国商业银行盈利模式现状。分析表明，随着利率市场化的 逐步推进，利差在商业银行经营中的比重逐渐下降，相应的表外业务 逐渐呈上升趋势。同时，研究数据也说明，在同等情况下，非利差盈 利模式相对于传统的利差盈利模式给商业银行带来的影响更大。因 此，各商业银行应该采取积极措施，改变现在以利差为主导的盈利模 式，发展新的利润增长点。 本文同时借鉴国外一些国家的利率市场化改革经验，并结合我国 商业银行经营现状，提出“提高摆脱存贷利差盈利模式的思维”、 多 2 万方数据 元化盈利模式”、“加强成本管理”、“加大人力资源投入”等等，具有 建设性的政策及建议。 关键词：商业银行，利差主导，面板数据，表外业务 3 万方数据 RESEARCH ON THE TRANSFER OF PROFIT PATTERN OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN THE PROCESS OF MAKETIZATION OF INTEREREST RATE ABSTRACT As to April 1st, 2014, the amplification of 12 listed banks’ average profit fell to 14.3% compared to that last year based on the conclusion of their annual reports, resulted from interest rate marketization . With the advancement of liberalization, bank clients, who voted with their feet, began to buy monetary fund and other financing products to acquire new profit, which imperceptibly brought higher cost of bank savings and incline of interest returns’ growth and the profit amplification. Domestic scholars have realized that, the profit pattern dominated in interest margin of commercial bank in our nation can’t adapt to the changing operational environment. Then it possesses strong theoretical and practical significance that the proposition of transferring thinking and developing multi-profit-pattern to cope with increasingly intense competition. This paper adopt dynamical analysis upon panel data several main listed commercial banks to analyze current commercial banks’ profit pattern in our nation.
