民办高校教师福利权益法律保障的研究.pdf

摘 要 摘 要 民办高校历经三十年的发展，在国家法律政策支持和稳定的市场经济环境 下，取得了良好的发展成就。民办高校的发展由生源扩张的粗放型，向内涵建 设的科学型发展。制约民办高校发展的关键因素是教师队伍的建设，师资队伍 建设一直是民办高校发展的软肋。民办高校教师的福利权益，是影响民办高校 教师队伍稳定的重要因素。本文从民办高校教师福利权益方面的研究入手，结 合当前民办高校发展的有利形势，以及依法治国大环境的有利条件，探索民办 高校教师福利权益的现状，分析影响民办高校教师福利权益的不利因素，结合 依法治校的科学方法，针对性的提出相应的对策建议。论文主要构成有六部分， 第一部分引言，主要是论文研究的目的、意义，国内外的研究现状，论文的重 点难点和创新以及研究方法和思路；第二部分民办高校教师福利权益法律保障 的概述；第三部分民办高校教师福利权益法律保障的现状；第四部分影响民办 高校教师福利权益法律保障的因素；第五部分民办高校教师福利权益法律保障 的对策；第六部分结论与展望。 关键词：民办高校；教师；福利权益；法律保障 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT After 30 years of development, private colleges, with the national legal policy support and the stable market economy environment, have achieved good achievements. The development of private colleges has been from extensive enrollment expansion to the connotation of the construction of the science-based development. The key factor restricting the development of the private colleges is the construction of teachers. The teacher troop construction has been a soft spot in the development of private colleges. The benefits of private college teachers, is one of the important factors influenced the stability of private colleges teachers.
