摘 要 燃放烟花是我国民族庆祝传统节日的方式之一，在各种节日及婚庆等场合饰演着极为重要的角色[1]。烟花的重要原料是火药，火药生产行业是高危行业，安全问题已经成为约束行业发展的突出问题之一。论文主要在降低火药生产安全风险，设计了一条火药造粒自动生产线[2]。 论文使用PLC取代传统手工火药的制作，设计了火药造粒的控制系统。介绍了火药的原材料，火药的制作流程，以及FX3U系列PLC的基本知识，该设计以FX3U系列PLC为主控制器，火药流水线工艺流程控制采用顺序控制方式，小车运料采用步进电机控制系统。论文中主要设计火药造粒生产线的主控制器I/O控制，工艺流程的自动运行、送料小车及挡板的步进电机控制。梯形图程序设计了初始化、自动运行、手动运行、小车自动往返、挡板自动控制、生产线急停、生产线报警七个环节的梯形图控制，最后系统调试部分对GX-DeveloperV8.86和 GX simulator6.0进行简单介绍，对火药造粒控制系统利用GT Designer3进行各方面调试和模拟并给出了仿真结果图，达到了火药造粒的生产要求实现了火药造粒自动化生产线。 论文基于 PLC 控制火药控制系统会有效的改变火药生产的安全问题现状,能实现可靠高效连续自动化生产，大幅度地减少在线操作人员数量，降低劳动强度，提高安全可靠性，并且有效的提高造粒的成粒率，提高造粒效率[3]。 关键词 ：烟花；火药；自动化；送料小车；仿真 ABSTRACT Setting off fireworks is one of the ways of celebrating the traditional festivals in China. It plays a very important role in all kinds of festivals and wedding celebrations and so on. The important raw material of fireworks is the gunpowder, the gunpowder production industry is a high risk industry, the security problem has become one of the prominent problems in the development of the industry. In this paper, the safety risk of powder production is reduced, and the automatic production line of powder granulation is designed. In this paper, the control system of powder granulation is designed by using PLC to replace the traditional manual powder. Powder raw materials are introduced, powder production process, as well as FX3U series PLC basic knowledge, design the FX3U series PLC as main controller, powder production line process control using the sequential control mode, car transport material step by step and step motor control system. In this paper, the main design of the powder granulation production line of the main controller I/O control, automatic operation of the process flow, feeding trolley and the control of the stepper motor.
