摘 要 本文设计是塑料压力管道对熔焊机，其设计的主要方面是控制部分，研制了基于AT89C51单片机控制的塑料管道热熔对接焊机，它主要是来完成塑料压力管道热熔对接，随着塑料压力管道广泛用于燃气输送、给水、排污、农业灌溉、矿山细颗粒固体输送以及油田、化工和邮电通讯等领域，特别在燃气输送方面得到了普遍的应用，与传统的钢管相比较具有价格低廉，经久耐用，这使塑料压力管道迅速的发展。随之而来的，管道的连接技术成了一个重要的问题。由于管道输送的流体中不乏危险介质，如天然气和煤气等， 结构一旦破坏后果不堪设想，因此管道的连接技术是影响塑料管道是否广泛应用的关键技术之一。本文就是基于这种焊接技术，研究设计了315型全自动对熔焊机。目前聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁烯均采用此焊接方式，不但焊接质量有保证，而且焊接效率也非常高。 关键词：塑料压力管道、热熔对接焊机、单片机 Abstract The design of this paper is that plastic pressure pipeline is control part for the machine of fusion welding and the major aspect of its design, have developed based on AT89C51The plastic pipeline heat of single flat machine control Rong the welder of butt joint, it major come to complete plastic pressure pipeline heat Rong butt joint, as plastic pressure pipeline is used to burn extensively, air transports and gives water, blowdown, agricultural irrigation, the mining solid transportation of fine grained as well as the fields such as oil field and the chemical communication of post and telecommunications, special when burn angry transportation aspect has gotten universal application, compared with traditional steel tube, it is cheap to have price comparatively, it is durable and durable , it is developed that this makes plastic pressure pipeline quick. Follow come , the connection of pipeline technology has become a important problem. The fluid transported because of pipeline in do not lack dangerous mediums, such as natural gas and gas etc., structure once damage consequence is unimaginable, therefore the connection of pipeline technology influences plastic pipeline whether one of crucial technologies of extensive application. This paper is to study design based on this kind of welding technology 315 types full automatic is for the machine of fusion welding. Now, polyethylene, polypropylene and polybutene adopt this welding way , not only, welding quality has guarantee, and welding efficiency is also very high.
