密地选矿厂工艺设备升级改造工程——2#、3#、7#细破机土建及设备拆除安装 施工方案 工程名称：2#、3#、7#细破机土建及设备拆除安装 建设单位：攀钢集团矿业有限公司 施工单位：攀枝花市兴茂动力设备安装有限公司 负 责 人： 张显强 编 制 人：姜拥军 工程说明： 矿业公司对选矿工艺设备进行升级改造，本工程主要内容为全面改造细破机系统（2、3、7号），更换为诺德伯格HP500多缸液压圆锥破碎机。本工程由攀钢集团设计研究院有限公司设计，设计施工图编号：811043。该工程所用型钢均采用Q345合金钢。 二、工程概况： 本工程位于攀钢矿业公司密地选矿厂细破厂区内，施工区域集中，但场地狭窄，施工障碍多，周边条件差，施工难度大，工艺精度要求高。设备材料进场困难，设备吊装困难，施工工期要求较短，必须组织大量的人力和物力以保证施工质量与工期。 三、主要施工内容 1、更换（升级）细破机3台（套）。更换细破机礼堂、底板、方钢。 2、新安装6.0米平台给料皮带机3台（套）。更换进出矿漏子。 3、细破机基础（包含基座基板及全套地脚螺栓）改造3台。 4、增加3.7米新细破机操作平台3套。 5、改造润滑油站操作平台4组。 6、改造值班房1套（成品轻钢）。 7、其他零星改造（如设备垫板等等））） pump speed (c) is proportional.
