特钢泰康医院南楼电梯井道工程冬季施工方案 编制说明 本工程为特钢泰康医院南楼电梯井道工程。为保证工程的冬季正常施工提高质量、加快施工进度钢构件正温制作负温安装时，应根据环境温度的差异考虑构件收缩量，并在施工偏差调整。 焊条往往会因吸潮而使工艺性能变坏，造成电弧不稳、飞溅增大，并容易产生气孔、裂纹等缺陷。因此，焊条使用前必须严格烘干。一般酸性焊条结422（E4303）、结502（E5003）的烘干温度 150-200℃，时间1小时；烘干后放在100150℃的保温箱内，随用随取焊条外露不得超过2小时，超过2小时重新烘焙，焊条烘焙次数不超过3次。为了减缓焊件焊后的冷却速度，防止产生冷裂纹。焊前要预热参加负温钢结构施工的电焊工应经过负温度焊接工艺培训，考试合格，并取得相应的合格证。 构件组装时，清除接缝50mm内存留的铁锈、毛刺、泥土、油污、冰雪等杂物，保持接缝干燥无残留水分。负温下对9mm以上钢板焊接时应采用多层焊接，焊缝由下向上逐层堆焊，每条焊缝一次焊完，如焊接中断，在再次施焊之前先清除焊接缺陷。严禁在焊接母材上引弧。 钢结构现场安装时，如遇雪天或风，搭设防护棚。 不合格的焊缝铲除重焊。环境温度低于0时，在涂刷防腐涂料前进行涂刷工艺试验，涂刷时必须将构件表面的铁锈、油污、毛刺等物清理干净，并保持表面干燥。雪天或构件上有薄冰时不得进行涂刷工作。11、冬季运输、堆放钢结构时采取防滑措施，构件堆放场地平整坚实无水坑，地面无结冰。同一型号构件叠放时，构件应保持水平，垫铁放在同一垂直线上，并防止构件溜滑。 12、使用钢索吊装钢构件时应加防滑隔垫，与构件同时起吊的节点板，安装人员需用的卡具等物用绳索绑扎牢固。 13、编制钢结构安装焊接工艺，一个构件两端不得同时进行焊接。14、安装前清除构件表面冰、雪、，但不得损坏涂层。负温安装的柱子、主梁立即进行矫正，位置校正正确立即永久固定，当天安装的构件要形成稳定的空间体系。高强螺栓接头安装时构件摩擦面不得有积雪结冰，不得接触泥土、油污等赃物。负温下使用的高强螺栓须有产品合格证，复验 冬季施工方案 pump speed (c) is proportional.
