中国能源的发展概况与战略 ——能源结构调整 序号：未知[原本在东院] 作者：胡双 单位：湖南理工中文学院 学号：14120630822 摘要：在简要说明中国新能源产业发展现状及存在问题的基础上，重点探讨了在新能源时代背景下，传统能源行业的发展战略选择——大力推进先进开采技术以及节能技术的研发；大型煤炭产销基地积极开发下游业务，利用自身的资源优势完善整个行业的产业链建设，由传统单一能源企业向综合性能源集团转变；加快行业调整步伐，在适当的时机积极实施“走出去”战略，实现资源优势互补，在国际范围内实现资源优化配置，提出了推动我国新能源产业发展的建议，即国家出台强制性的市场政策、经济、法律、法规以支持新能源产业。 关键词： 新能源现状 传统能源 可持续发展 The development of Chinas energy situation and strategy -----Adjustment of energy structure,serial r: no author ：Hu shuang Affiliation: Chinese college Number:14120630822 Abstract: On the basis of a concise analysis of the development status- qu o and problems of the new energy industry of this country,focus is laid on a discussion on the strategic choices that faces the traditional energy sector while we have already entered into the era of new energy. The strategic choices for the traditional energy sector include the RD on spread application of advanced mining technology and energy saving technology, development of downstream businesses for the large-sized coal producing ana marketing bases, construction and improvement of industry chain by taking advantage of resources advantages of the entire sector,transformation from single business traditional energy company to muti-business energy groups,quickening the pace of industrial restructuring in the whole sector so as to execute a strategy of “going all out to develop business outside of China”at appropriate moment to realize complementary advantages. The final target being to realize an optimized deployment of resources globally. This paper proposes recommendations to push forward the development of new energy sector in this country,in the state government is to promulgate mandatory market laws,economic laws and relevant rules,regulations and technology guidelines.
