广东财经大学2016-JX16- 成人高等教育本科毕业论文 中小企业技术创新瓶颈与解决途径 教 学 点专 业班 级学 号学生姓名指导教师提交日期年 月 日 摘要 中小企业作为我国市场经济中重要的组成部分，在创造就业机会、促进社会主义现代化发展、增加国民收入等方面十分重要。如今，我国中小企业的经济产值占国内生产总值的一半以上，是我国国民经济发展的支柱。中小企业在迅速发展的同时也暴露出了很多问题，尤其以技术创新能力最为突出。中小企业自身资金少、技术力量薄弱等结构存性问题显著，由于缺少有利技术创新的制度，外国资本的强力竞争迫使我国中小企业急需提升企业实力，而技术创新则是中小企业生存发展之路。因此，深入研究中小企业技术创新的规律以及所遇到的瓶颈及其产生原因，提出有针对性的对策，破解困境就是十分重要的。 关键字：中小企业；技术创新；对策建议  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT IV Abstract As an important part of Chinese market economy， small and medium enterprises are very important in creating employment opportunities， promoting the development of socialist modernization， increasing national income and so on. Nowadays， the economic output value of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country is more than half of the gross domestic product， and it is the pillar of our national economy development. Small and medium enterprises in the rapid development at the same time also exposed a lot of problems， especially the technology innovation ability is the most prominent. SMEs less of their own funds， technical force is weak structure of significant problems， due to the lack of good technical innovation system and the strong competition from the foreign capital force is badly in need of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country to enhance the strength of enterprises， and technological innovation is the survival and development of SMEs. Therefore， it is very important to study the law of technological innovation of small and medium enterprises， the bottleneck and its causes， and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
