This design uses MAX038 monolithic voltage-controlled function generator to produce high-precision sine wave signal through the test of the capacitance or inductance, and the standard resistance series circuit, figure out by measuring the capacitance or inductance, and the standard resistance of the respective voltage, using the method of calculation of the voltage ratio of the capacitance or inductance value. This design uses 51 microcontroller to control the measurement and calculation results, the 1602 LCD modules real-time display values ??include sinusoidal signal generator, the standard resistance and inductance or capacitance in series voltage divider circuit, multi-channel switch, voltage follower, high-precision AC /Converts the value of the chip, the A / D conversion chip, microcontroller, display module, keyboard module, and other parts, with manual adjustment range by a single-chip automatic detection analysis to identify the original nature of the image through the LCD display, the sinusoidal signal generator can be achieved amplitude andfrequency adjustment, in order to improve the accuracy of the measured AC voltage through the ICL7650 and to eliminate the error caused by the AD637 input resistance lower. experimental test results show that this design, stable performance, high measurement accuracy.
