摘 要 《运动与保健》课程是我国培智教育课程设置中重要课程之一。国家《培智学校义务教育课程设置实验方案》（2007）发布后，《运动与保健》课程备受社会各界关注。培智学校《运动与保健》课程实施现状的研究能够补充《运动与保健》课程实施的相关理论，丰富培智学校《运动与保健》课程实施研究；引导智力障碍学生融入《运动与保健》课堂教学，完成既定的教育教学任务，实现全面康复的目标；完善学校《运动与保健》课程实施，为学校改进课程提供依据；提升教师的专业化水平，提高《运动与保健》课堂教学质量。本研究以某培智学校《运动与保健》课程为例，通过调查研究，深入了解培智学校《运动与保健》课程实施现状，为我国在培智学校中推进课程改革，医教结合探索提供可研究案例。 自编《培智学校运动与保健课程实施观察表》和《培智学校运动与保健课程实施访谈提纲》。通过观察法和访谈法，以该校低、中、高年级三个学段，8个班级的共32节《运动与保健》课堂教学作为研究的对象，从教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价四个维度对该校《运动与保健》课程实施现状进行研究，并结合访谈了解该校《运动与保健》课程实施效果分析形成现状原因，提出建议。 调查结果显示： 《运动与保健》课程实施中教学目标明确，基本达成预定教学目标；教学内容选择注重本校的特色，并结合国家教材、普校教材，积极编制校本教材，教学内容丰富多样；教学方法使用单调，教学方法选择不能够适应学生当前发展水平；教学评价体系不完善，个体随意性较大，缺乏合理的评价方式。 根据研究结果提出建议：加强校本教材开发与使用,丰富实践教学内容；提升课堂教学质量,合理配置教学资源；建立及时有效的课程评价体系。 关键词：培智学校；《运动与保健》课程；课程实施 Abstract Sports and health curriculum is an important part of the education of our country.
