中国主题酒店发展策略的创新 【摘要】自1998年，中国酒店业出现供大于求的局面，竞争加剧。顾客由满足于标准化的服务，转而追求个性化的服务，主题酒店概念由此引入中国。主题酒店已成为中国酒店业发展的新趋势之一，主题酒店的发展也成为研究新热点。主题酒店作为一种正在兴起的酒店发展新形态，在我国的发展历史不长，分布范围目前也仅仅局现在酒店业比较发达的广东、上海、深圳等地。本文在对国内外主题酒店理论的梳理和对主题酒店发展现状分析的基础上，阐述了主题酒店可持续发展的差异化战略，丰富了主题酒店的经营和管理理论。书香门第  Innovation for developmental strategy of Theme Hotel of China 【Abstract】The Chinese hotel industry has competed hotly since 1998, because supply is above demand. Customers have not sattled for standard service, but pursued individuation service. The concept of themed hotels is introduced into China. Themed hotels have been the Chinese hotel industrys new develpment trend and themed hotels research is a new hot spot. The paper has expatiated the differentiation strategy of themed hotels sustainable development based on the analysis of prevenient theories and themed hotels development actuality home and abroad. The paper includes four chapters. The first chapter is exordium. This part expatiates research background, research sense, research framework and research methods. The second chapter is related theories and literature review. This part introduces experience theory, themed marking theory and differentiation strategy and reviews previous research progress home and abroad. The paper seperates prevenient research into two parts. The first part is the research of themed hotels basic attributes, which includes the define research, comparion with unique hotels, the sort research, the characteristics research and so on. The second part is the founding theory researches of themed hotels, including effect factors research of choosing themes, theme culture origin research, themedization principle research and so on. The third chapter is themed hotel theory analysis. The paper analysizes former theories. Whats more, the paper enriched themed hotels research theory, including theme number, comparion with boutique hotels, three new sort methods, themed hotels sympol and themed hotels disadvantages and so on.
