摘 要 本设计主要是对YTP26A型气腿式凿岩机气缸的工艺规程的拟定以及夹具设计，涉及到了车床以及磨床等专用夹具的设计，全文共分为五个章节，第一个章节为前言，主要介绍了风动机械厂的一些概况以及一些国内外情况的概况；第二章为凿岩机的介绍，主要介绍了凿岩机的一些主要性能等方面；第三章主要描述了YTP26A型凿岩机气缸的工艺规程的设计过程，着重从零件工艺分析、生产类型的确定、毛坯的确定、工艺路线的拟定、加工余量及工序尺寸的确定、工序尺寸及公差的确定、切削机床的选择、切削用量及时间定额的计算、工艺文件的编订等方面来进行了全面的工艺分析；第四章主要从定位方案的确定、夹紧方案的选择等来进行了专业夹具的设计。最后，利用第五章对我自己这次设计的一些情况进行了总结。 关键词：凿岩机；工艺分析；夹具设计；工艺规程；专用夹具；定位方案；夹紧方案 ABSTRACT This design is mainly to the YTP26A type gas legged drilled the procedure of cylinder prepare and fixture design, involving the lathe and grinding machine, and other special fixture design, full text is divided into five sections, the first chapter for preface, mainly introduces some profiles and pneumatic machinery factory of some domestic and foreign general; Chapter 2 introduces drilled is introduced, some of the main performance drilled aspects; The third chapter basically describes YTP26A type of procedure of cylinder drilled, and emphatically the design process from parts of the process analysis, production types of blank sure, sure, the process route worked, machining allowance and procedure sizes determination, the determination of the procedure sizes and tolerance, cutting tools selection, cutting dosages and time complement of calculation, process documents from aspects of the development, the overall process analysis; The fourth chapter basically from positioning scheme determination, the choice of clamping fixture to the professional design.
