摘 要 随车起重运输车既有普通载货汽车的运输功能，又具有起重机的起吊装卸功能；除能完成本车的货物装卸之外，还能完成车与车之间的货物装卸。 本设计对随车起重运输车的改装设计作了论述。在查阅大量相关资料的基础上，设计的主要内容有：二类底盘的选型；总体布置；起重装置的设计计算选型；液压装置设计计算选型；辅助系统设计；整车性能分析。其中设计的重点在于起重装置设计计算选型，在这一部分主要完成参数的选择，包括：起重量，起升高度、幅度，工作速度。还有起吊支腿的设计计算，包括：支腿型式的选取，支腿跨距的确定，支腿压力计算和支承液压缸的选择。其中液压装置设计计算与选型是本次设计的难点。最后经过整体的计算分析与校核，设计出结构性能合理，符合技术要求的随车起重运输车。 关键词：改装设计；总体布置；起重装置；液压系统；二类底盘  ABSTRACT Not only does the lift truck has transport functions of ordinary lorry truck, but also has lifting cranes loading and unloading functions. It can complete loading and unloading goods of its own, in addition it also can complete loading and unloading goods between trucks and trucks. This design discussed the modification of lift truck. This design is based on looking for a large number relevant information. The main contents are: the selection of two types of chassis; general layout; selection of lifting gear design calculations; selection of design and calculation of hydraulic equipment; support system design; vehicle performance analysis. Which focuses on the design selection of lifting equipment design calculations, completed in this part of the main parameters of the options, including: from the weight, lifting height, amplitude and working speed. There are lifting outrigger design calculations, including: the selection of leg type, the determination of leg span, outrigger cylinder pressure calculation and supporting choice. One design, calculation and selection of hydraulic devices is the difficulty of this design. Finally, after overall calculation and analysis ,the structural performance is reasonable, meeting the technical requirements of lorry crane truck.
