摘 要 矿山生产的全过程离不开矿山提升和运输工作。因此，运输和提升工作的好坏直接影响到矿山生产能否正常高效进行。如果说运输线路是矿山生产的动脉，那提升设备则是其咽喉，可见其重要性和必要性。提升机是联系井下和地面的重要运输工具，矿井提升工作是整个采矿工程中的重要环节。 矿井提升机的主轴装置是其主要的工作机构，它不仅要承受各种正常载荷（包括固定载荷和工作载荷），还要承受各种紧急事故情况下所造成的非正常载荷。为了使提升机高效、安全、可靠地为国内外矿山机械用户服务，实现广大用户和企业的经济双赢，实现矿山机械用户的高效、安全、低耗的良性经济发展态势。设计者要综合运用机械设计等知识，通过设计计算、绘图以及运用技术标准、规范、设计手册等有关资料，完成预期设计任务，并使机械设计的基本技能得到训练。 本文针对矿山机械的特殊要求，重点设计卷筒部件和主轴部件，两个部件是矿井提升机的关键部分，卷筒强度不够会导致筒壳被压溃、焊缝开裂等；主轴是传递力的装置，在设计时要考虑其承受的玩扭力矩，键对主轴强度的削弱及其改进和装配问题，轴的工艺等要求。 关键词： 矿井提升机 滚筒 主轴 设计 Abstract The whole process of production in mines from mining ascension and transport work.
