北京师范大学珠海分校 机 械 制 造 基 础 论文题目： 自行车选材与制作工艺的分析报告 学 院 工程技术学院 专 业 教育技术学 小 组 成 员 13教育技术班全体成员 指导教师姓名 赵启超 指导教师职称 副教授 指导教师单位 北师大珠海分校工程技术学院 2015 年 12 月 29 日摘要 随着机械制造技术科技的发展,生活质量的提高,消费者的需求更加多样化。自行车从1818年诞生开始,就没有停止过发展的脚步,现在已经演变为十几类造型、功能不同的自行车。自行车设计的发展趋势是多品种、小批量、个性化、市场反应快。本次课题通过对自行车制造及工艺的研究，我们大家共同设计及组装一辆新的自行车。而一辆好的自行车离不开各个部件详细的设计与制造，在此针对自行车车座与车把部分的进行材料认识和制造分析。对于车手来说，选择合适的车座往往是是容易被忽略的环节，可车座又恰恰与骑行的舒适度有密切的关系，进而影响到运动者的工作效能。因此，在选择车座上决不能掉以轻心。通过本次课题，可以对机械制造有一个初步的认识，注意到机械制造中的某些工艺过程，了解设计结构及材料的性能。 关键词：车座；车把；材料；制造工艺 ABSTRACT With the development of mechanical manufacturing technology and improvement of quality of life, consumer demand is more diverse. Bicycle from the beginning of the birth of 1818, has not stopped the pace of development. It has evolved into more than a dozen kinds of shapes, different functions of the bike. The development trend of bicycle design is multi varieties, small batch, individuation, quick response to market this topic. Through the research on the bicycle manufacturing and technology, our common design and assemble a new bicycle design and manufacturing.
