基于PLC的大型广告屏程序设计 摘 要 随着改革的不断深入,社会主义市场经济的不断繁荣和发展,各大中小城市都在进行亮化工程。各企业为宣传自己企业的形象和产品,均采用广告手法之一:霓虹灯广告屏来实现这一目的。当我们夜晚走在大街上,马路两旁各色各样的霓虹灯广告均可以见到,一种是采用霓虹灯管做成的各种形状和多种彩色的灯管,另一种为日光灯管或白炽灯管作为光源,另配大型广告语或宣传画来达到宣传的效果。这些灯的亮灭,闪烁时间及流动方向等均可以通过PLC来达到控制的要求。 本文在透彻了解了大型广告屏工作过程的基础上，做出了四种美观的广告屏闪烁方案，以三菱公司的FX2N-80MR型号的PLC为控制器，设计了广告屏的硬件结构图、梯形图和顺序功能图，并编写了相应的软件程序。通过控制霓虹灯的亮灭次序，可以显示出各种华美的图案形状，用霓虹灯做成各种各样的广告屏，达到显著的宣传效果。 PLC-based programming for large advertising screen ABSTRACT Deepening constantly with reforming, constant prosperity and development of socialist market economy, are all brightening the project in a piece of large small and medium-sized cities. Based on the thorough understanding of the large advertising screens on the basis of the work process, made four beautiful screen flashing advertising programs to Mitsubishi FX2N-80MR PLC model for the controller design advertising screen hardware structure diagram, ladder Diagrams and software flow chart, and the preparation of the corresponding software program. Through the control of bright neon lights out, can show various colorful pattern with neon lights, make all sorts of advertising screens, significant effect of propaganda.
