摘 要 根据工科机械工程类专业学生实验教学的需要和社会需求，设计一个通过单片机控制的间歇送料及冲压装置。该装置是一种实验装置，设计成功后用来给学生做实验使用，可供学生很容易地拆装。该装置机械系统结构分析及控制实验系统适用于机电一体化实验教学，它对应了机电一体化专业课程的主要内容，主要包含：各种常用机构和通用机械零部件的设计；控制方法的设计（电机控制、气动控制）；常用控制系统的设计（单片机、PLC）。该实验教学系统具有很强的工程实用背景，使用功能明显，有良好的直观性，学生通过对装置的传动方案与结构的分析，可以掌握机械系统运动方案和结构设计的基本要求，培养机械系统运动方案、机械结构的设计能力，提高学生控制系统的设计能力和创新意识。该实验系统主要由以下实验装置组成：冲压机及送料装置、间歇送料及冲压装置、转位及输送装置、步进输送机。间歇送料及冲压装置是机械系统结构分析及控制实验系统的组成部分，该部分主要完成间歇送料和冲压功能。 关键词：间歇送料，冲压装置，单片机控制 ABSTRACT According to the needs and social needs of the experimental teaching of Engineering Mechanical Engineering students design a microcontroller-controlled intermittent feeding and stamping device.
