摘 要 此次所做的设计，是针对毕业实习来做的，一方面是用书本的知识来做一套工业中常用零件的模具，以此来提高自己的实践能力，另一方面是通过做设计来检测自己对所学的知识的掌握程度，同时，在设计时遇到困难时，可以针对自己的不足，有针对性去了解自己不熟的东西，从而达到对所学知识的自我完善的目的。 在模具设计过程中，综合运用已学知识和自主创新来进行设计和计算。本设计完整地进行了制件的工艺性分析和模具设计的各项内容，从形状工艺性分析、尺寸和精度工艺性分析、结构工艺性分析等方面对冲压件进行了系统的冲压工艺性分析；在模具设计方面，主要进行了冲压零件总体工艺方案的确定、工序和排样设计、工艺计算，工作部分参数计算、工作力的计算、模具总体结构设计和主要零部件设计及主要零部件的加工工艺；对模具总体结构和主要零部件进行了二维造型。 本设计完整的介绍了加速踏板挂钩的工艺特性和落料模和U型弯曲模的结构设计及零部件设计，包括尺寸计算和结构设计。在整套模具的设计上，遵循经验和设计原则，借鉴前人经验，进行总结和创新，取的了良好的效果。 关键词: 模具设计; 加速踏板挂钩; 落料模和弯曲模 Abstract This time what be composed design, is specifically for graduation field work comes to compose , one side makes a set of industry middle part in common use mould coming the knowledge being to use a book , come to improve self practice ability on this account, another aspect is degree , at the same time by making grasping designing the knowledge coming to check what be learned selfs , can specifically for self deficiency when coming up against difficulties when designing that,have a pertinency to go to know self unacquainted thing , achieve oneself is perfect to what be learned knowledge purpose thereby.
