摘 要
洒水车作为一种城市洒水和公路养护的专用作业车辆,其功能越来越细化,使用范围越来越来广,而且作业频次的提高和连续作业时间的延长,也对其使用的可靠性提出了更高的要求。因此,设计一辆安全、可靠、耐用的洒水车的市场前景很广阔,市场潜力巨大,同时也能积极响应自主创新的政策。
本次洒水车的设计主要是在原有二类底盘的基础上,通过改变原有变速器一、二档的传动比,使其增加来增大扭矩;然后通过取力器从变速器中间轴常啮合齿轮取力,通过传动轴从而带动水泵工作。水泵通过安装在底盘车架上的水箱总成和管路总成,根据作业工况的不同进行喷洒作业。
其中原有变速器一、二档传动比的改变主要是洒水量的要求而进行的。一档传动比的改变主要是适应于洒水量多的作业工况,因为一档传动比大,车速慢,在水箱容积和洒水宽度不变的情况下,洒水距离短,洒水量就多。而二档传动比的改变主要是适应于洒水量少的作业工况,因为二档传动比相对小些,车速快,在水箱容积和洒水宽度不变的情况下,洒水距离长,洒水量就相应的变少。

ABSTRACT
Watering Machine as a city and highway maintenance sprinkler special operations vehicles, its function increasingly refined, and serviceable range become wider, but the operating frequency of continuous improvement and the extension of operating hours, also on the reliability of the use of a higher demand. Therefore, the design of a safe, reliable, durable sprinkler has broad prospects and give huge market potential, it can also respond positively to the policy of independent innovation.
The design for sprinkler can mainly increase torque by increasing the transmission ratio of the first and the second stall of original transmission on the basic of the chassis. Then take-power transmission devices from the intermediate shaft normally engage gears, through the drive shaft drive pump working work. Through the installation of pumps to the chassis frame assembly on the tank and piping assembly, operating under different working conditions for spraying operations.
Design of transmission ratio of the first and second stallof transmission depends on the quantity of spraying water. The first stall transmission ratio change is mainly adapted to the sprinkler volume of operating conditions, as a stall transmission ratio, slow speed, volume in tanks and sprinkler width of the same circumstances; a short distance from the sprinkler, sprinkler volume is high.
