摘 要 馒头连续化生产装备排放机主要有导向器、固定定位装置和主传动机构三部分构成。当馒头由成型机成型后，通过传送带提升送入导向器的落料口，导向器是会灵活旋转的滚道，一是控制馒头滚动下落，二是准确实现某个角度的转动，确保其出口与定位装置上平面圆周排布的孔相对接。固定的定位装置作用则必是将面坯实现位置转变，达到排放。排列后的面坯落入托盘或输送带上，向前运行进入后一工序。 所要排放的馒头为6x8的排样。生面团在托盘排列的行距100 m m.列距100mm。它的工作过程是：成型好的生面团通过远红外光电传感器1.则传感器向控制器发出一个脉冲信号，控制器以规定的频率向步进电机发送一组脉冲信号，使步进电机带动旋转溜管转60度，生面团通过旋转溜管并沿着分配盘上指定的导向溜管落入托盘。由于导向溜管在出口处排列成直线。且间距为100 mm，那么生面团也将在托盘上排列成直线。当第7个生面团通过传感器1时，控制器将附加发出一个控制信号，使电磁离合器吸合，使送进机构带动托盘向前运动，使电磁行走100mm时，光电传感器2发出信号，使电磁电磁离合器断电，松开，送进机构停止运行。此时开始排放第2排生面团。 旋转溜管式生面团自动排放机是一种新型的机电一体化产品，它结构简单，工作可靠，但是要应用到生产线上还需做一些配套工作。我们相信，随着馒头生产工厂化，社会化的发展，代替手工排放的自动排放机有着广泛的应用前景。 关键词：馒头，连续化，排放设计 BREAD MACHINE DESIGN CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION EMISSIONS ABSTRACT Bread machine continuous production equipment emissions are oriented and fixed positioning device and the main transmission mechanism of three parts.
