曲面印刷机底座及主传动系统设计 摘要:曲面印刷机是一种用于食品和化妆品的容器外观彩色印刷设备效率高,凸版轮转胶印技术,属于机电一体化的高科技产品。当今社会迅猛发展，离不开印刷界，从我们身边最熟悉的包装袋，包装纸，包装盒开始，这是我们每天都需要的。如今人们的审美观念不断的进步与更新，人们对于产品的包装的要求越来越高，对产品的外观提出更高的要求，所以，企业对于包装设备的要求也越来越高。 这个课题是表面印刷机器基础和主传动系统的设计,主传动系统曲面印刷机械传动系统的重要组成部分。设计中充分利用SolidWorks软件的三维实体建模、装配设计内容,通过SolidWorks二维装配图,推导出二维装配图进一步进口AutoCAD绘图。设计说明书通过图片与文字相结合的方法，形象的介绍了曲面印刷机底座及主传动系统的各个组成部分，并对主传动系统的设计进行了详细的分析。 关键词：曲面印刷机；底座；主传动系统；SolidWorks  Curved surface printing machine base and main transmission system design Abstract：Curved surface printing machine is a highly efficient device for filling containers such as food , cosmetics and surface color printing, letterpress rotary offset printing technology, a mechanical and electrical integration of high-tech products.In todays society rapid development, can not leave the printing industry, from our side the most familiar bags, wrapping paper, packaging began, this is we need every day.Now peoples aesthetic ideas are continuously progressing and updating. More and more strict requirements are proposed to improve packing of products, as well as appearance of products. Consequently, it is more and more difficult for enterprises to meet their requirements of packaging equipment. This subject is of surface printing machine base and main transmission system design, the main transmission system is curved surface printing machine drive system of the important component.Design make full use of the SolidWorks software to design content on the 3D entity modeling, assembly, through the SolidWorks 2D assembly drawings is derived, and the 2D assembly drawing into further rendering AutoCAD.The design specification method of combining images and text, the image describes the various components of the surface presses the base and the main drive system, carried out a detailed analysis of the main transmission system.
