功率放大器本科毕业设计教程.doc

内蒙古工业大学本科毕业设计说明书 摘 要 在当今社会中，无论是广播通信还是其它无线通信，发射机在发射信号时都要有一定的功率。当传送信号的距离越远，所需发送功率就要越大。高频功率放大器能满足这些要求，使其成功的发送大功率。发射机是由高频功率放大器重要组成的,高频功率放大器也是通信系统必不可少的环节。本论文介绍了高频功率放大器的基本原理和特性,并利用电子设计工具软件Multisim10.0对功率放大器电路从方案选择、单元电路设计、元器件参数选取等方面进行具体设计分析,同时对电路进行仿真测试,通过?仿真结果分析电路特性,使电路得到进一步完善。仿真结果表明,该电路设计方案正确,能达到预期?设计要求,性能良好。 关键字：高频功率放大器、仿真、软件Multisim10.0  Abstract In todays society, Both broadcast communication or other wireless communication, The transmitter transmits the signal must have a certain power. When the transmitted signal distance farther, the required transmission power will be more. High frequency power amplifier can meet these requirements, the successful sending power. The transmitter is composed of a high frequency power amplifier is important, high frequency power amplifier is the essential communication system. This paper introduces the basic principle and characteristics of high frequency power amplifier, and the specific design analysis of the power amplifier circuit from the scheme selection, design, unit circuit components parameters selection using electronic design software Multisim10.0, and the circuit simulation test, the circuit characteristics through analyzing the simulation results, the circuit has been further improved. The simulation results show that, the circuit design scheme is correct, can meet the expected design requirements, with good performance.
