新农保农户参保行为研究——基于2014年农村社保调查数据的实证研究 摘 要 新农保自推出之日起就受到了社会各界的关注，中央政府为了缓解农村居民的养老困难而推出的一项关乎国计民生的重要政策，它弥补了我国养老保险中社会主体的缺失。农民是新农保的参保主体，本文针对农民参保与否受到什么因素的影响，农民参保档次选择由那些因素决定，新农保政策如何改进才能更加适合农民。 本文主要内容分为五个部分，第一部分为绪论，介绍了相关问题国内文献的研究现状，本文的研究意义以及研究方法。第二部分为数据特征及变量选取，介绍了本次调查研究样本的情况以及研究变量的选择。本文第三部分使用二元logistic回归对农户是否参保的影响因素进行分析，发现受访农户的年龄、性别、健康状况、居住地距离县城距离、年收入水平都会对其产生不同程度的影响。本文中第二章第三节利用前文中的二元logistic回归模型进行了倾向值分析，剔除其他影响因素，直接比较了参保农户与未参保农户对参保者养老风险预期的不同，经过分析得出未参保者的风险意识非常薄弱，这也证明我国新农保仍然有改革的空间。第四部分对参保主体的参保选择进行有序logistic回归分析，研究参保主体选择不同参保档次的影响因素，结果显示：除了参保者的年龄、性别等个人特征之外，参保者对于新农保政策的了解程度也对其参保档次产生了显著的影响。另一方面，这个结果也让我们对新农保的未来发展产生了一些思考，如何有针对性的推广新农保，如何改革新农保使它更加适合农民这一特殊群体，在最后一部分，笔者结合问卷调查的结果做出一些讨论，笔者认为：改变农民传统养老观念仍然十分紧要，重视推广方法和推广途径有利于农民更加了解新农保，最重要的是不断地对新农保制度进行优化改革，保证新农保的灵活性和开放性，使其更加适合不同特征的农民。 关键词：新农保；参保行为；参保与否；参保档次 Abstrsct Abstract Since the introduction of the new agricultural insurance.it is concerned by the community, the new agricultural insurance is an important policy.
