济南大学毕业设计 济南大学毕业设计 PAGE - 2 -  PAGE - 1 - 毕业设计 题 目 空间振动筛设计 学 院 机械工程学院 专 业 机械工程及自动化 班 级 图纸不公开 学 生 xx 学 号 QQ2861992795 指导教师 xx 二〇一 四年 五月日济南大学毕业设计 PAGE  -  PAGE 6 - 摘 要 本论文主要是进行空间振动筛分设备的设计，即立置式、环保要求的振动筛的设计。从总体布局到部分零件的设计及选用都进行了改进优化，包括整体筛箱与筛面的设计和固定，对激振器组的设计，支撑方案的设计等等，还包括了轴、偏心块、弹簧等零部件的设计。本设计采用分置电机，筛面选用悬臂棒条筛，较传统直线振动筛，不仅仅提高了生产能力，还大大的提高了使用寿命。另一方面采用了坐式结构，使得整机结构更加稳定安全，占地面积更小，充分利用空间的高度。 本产品为生产能力为200t/h的大型振动筛，对于筛面的材料有比较高的要求，悬臂筛棒采用拥有高强度和高冲击韧性的弹簧钢，不仅可以提高了筛面的寿命，还能够提高整体结构的刚度与强度，对弹簧的选择等方面带来了很多的便宜之处。 设计中还包括对链接和固定件的选用，采用橡胶（轮胎）式联轴器，并采用螺栓连接代替焊接，减小了焊接时应力对它的影响。还包括对产品的一般润滑，以及保养等日常维护措施。 关键词：振动筛；悬臂矿筛；悬臂筛棒；偏心块；横梁 ABSTRACT This article is carried out mainly about the design of space vibrationscreening,which is called enviroment protection screen also. Begin with the development of vibration screen,the paper analysis the trend of vibration screen development.According to the design of the space structure of the vibration screen development ,going improving on the choose of from overall layout to individual element choose to go on improving,includes sifting the design of space vibration screen,and the regular shape of vibrator, the design of support scheme and so on,still include the designing of the elements such as axle,and eccentric block.Drive with couple generator.The screen surface used screening bar.With the new strture,we can have better frequency. This product is design for 200t/h.Because of the material of vibration bar is choosed the 60Si2Mn,which not only raised the durability of screen frame with the high-strength and high durable impact tenacity,have still alleviated the weight of entire structure,for spring choose to have also brought many conveniences.
