Lecturer: Li Lin;Small Intestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang ;;styloid process of the ulna尺骨茎突 olecranon of the ulna尺骨鹰嘴 medial epicondyle of the humerus 肱骨内上髁 supraclavicular fossa缺盆（锁骨上窝） outer canthus 目外眦 ;经脉循行 体表：起于小指尺侧端，沿上肢外侧后缘上行，经肩，绕肩胛，上颜面，过目外眦至耳屏前。支脉从颧部至目内眦，与足太阳膀胱经相接。 体内：络心，属小肠。 联系的脏腑器官包括小肠、心、胃、咽、目、耳、鼻。 它是唯一的一条既到达目内眦（睛明穴），又到达目外眦（瞳子髎）的经脉。 ;Points on the Small Intestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang ;Summary of indications;（四）腧穴 本经共19穴：少泽、前谷、后溪、腕骨、阳谷、养老、支正、小海、肩贞、臑俞、天宗、秉风、曲垣、肩外俞、肩中俞、天窗、天容、颧髎、听宫。 (重点掌握6穴);Location： On the ulnar border of the hand, in the depression proximal to the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint. The point is located at the end of the transverse crease of the palm, lying between the red and white skin, when a loose fist is made. Indications: Pain and stiffness in the neck and head, pain of the back and loins, spasmodic pains of the elbow, arm and fingers, deafness, redness with swelling of the eyes, epilepsy, insanity, malaria. Needling method: Perpendicular insertion 0.5-1 cun.;Yanglao(SI 6)养老Xi-Cleft point;Xiaohai(SI 8)小海 （合穴）;;Tinggong(SI 19)听宫 （手足少阳、手太阳经交会穴）;手太阳小肠经小结;2、取穴要点 第五掌指关节后的远侧掌横纹头赤白肉际取后溪。 下颌骨髁状突后缘取听宫。;3、主治要点 头面五官疾病：耳鸣耳聋，头痛，目翳，咽喉肿痛。 热病：发热，疟疾，黄疸。 外经病：肘臂痛，肩背痛，颈项强痛。 4、特殊作用 后溪治疟疾。 5、操作要点 听宫张口直刺。
