摘要 摘 要 随着我国物流业产业地位的提升，现代物流的发展，现代物流企业建设问题 受到了广泛的关注。不加快现代物流企业的建设，物流企业就不可能在激烈的市 场竞争中获得竞争优势，不可能实现企业的可持续发展。 如何建设现代物流企业，是一个正在探索中的课题。本文试图以川邮公司作 为样本来研究现代物流企业建设问题，本文主要采用了定性研究和定量研究相结 合的方法。为此本文回顾了企业发展历程。现代物流企业建设中存在的问题与思 考，以及现代物流企业建设的思路。其次，通过问卷调查与访谈，与公司各阶层 人员进行沟通，查阅公司檔案，积累了第一手数据，最后结合相关理论，对第一 手资料整理，归纳，分析。作为研究成果，本文认为现代物流企业建设是一项系 统工程，应明确建设 目标，统筹建设规划，重在执行与落实。 关键词： 现代物流企业 发展历程 现代物流企业建设 III ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the promoting status of logistics industry in china, the development of modern logistics, it is widely concerned about the issue of the construction of modern logistics companies.Where there is no increase in speed of constructing the modern logistics companies, there’s no superiority in the furious competition in the market, so as to the fulfilling of sustainable development. It’s being pursuing subject how to establish the modern logistics companies.
