Its strong bearing capacity make it play an important role in the process of economic development and widely used in a variety of short-distance transport of goods which is not removable. It can reduce transportation costs and improve work efficiency. The frame is the key to carrying member of the car. Its stiffness and strength directly affect the performance of the vehicle, so during the flatbed transporter design, finite element analysis of frame design and optimization which are designed to improve the quality of the vehicle and reducing manufacturing costs of the vehicle has an important significance. Taking DCY15T flatbed transporter which is producted in a vehicle production as the research object, applying a powerful analysis functionality of ANSYS workbench software.
