我国残疾人就业现状及保障对策研究 摘 要：残疾人作为社会的特殊群体之一，在国家的发展和社会制度的不断变迁下，关于残疾人的许多问题也逐渐尖锐和突出起来。我国的残疾人一直处在社会的底层，随着经济的发展，社会的进步，贫富差距的拉大，残疾人要在社会上立足显得越来越困难。在这里，我们对残疾人的就业状况进行调查和研究。针对残疾人的就业现状，从国家政策、社会支持及残疾人服务事业几个方面进行分析，发现目前我国残疾人这一特殊群体所面临的最迫切的问题，从而找到解决这些问题的有效途径，改善他们的生活状况，提高他们的社会地位。 关键词：残疾人；残疾人就业；社会保障 Study on the employment and protecting strategy of the disabled in China Abstract: Special group of persons with disabilities as a social one, in the national development and the changing social system, the many issues concerning persons with disabilities is gradually pointed and prominent.
